FlowMatrix multi-VFD staging. Intelligent multi-VFD staging that automatically optimizes the number of running pumps based on demand for efficiency and energy savings.
Settings JSON export / import. Export settings for backup, or import them to restore and duplicate configurations quickly during commissioning and maintenance.
Pressure input channel selection. Dual 4–20 mA analog inputs — select either channel as the pressure source for sensor flexibility and redundancy.

4.3 inch colour TFT — easy to configure

Set parameters on the touch screen, or join the controller’s Wi-Fi and use the captive portal in any browser. Same menus, no app to install.

~fluiDroid is AMSAT’s pumping controller line. The first generation launched in 2011. NEO, in 2024, added a colour display, EzConf setup over Wi-Fi, and 4–20 mA control for single and multi-VFD systems. NEO 2 is the current family.

Every NEO 2 model ships with the 4.3 inch colour TFT touch interface as standard. Parameters are easy to configure on the device — tap through the icon menus on the screen, or connect over Wi-Fi and use the captive portal in a browser. No app install is required either way.

The controller sits on the skid, reads pressure transmitters and trip inputs, starts and stops pumps, and drives VFDs. Dual analog inputs let either channel be the pressure source, and settings can be exported or imported as JSON for backup and duplication.

NEO 2 Pro builds on that baseline with Event Logging: 1,000 events | Fault Logging: 100 records, GANIT Cloud connectivity, and Modbus RTU on RS-485 for SCADA, BMS, and PLC.
