Company
AMSAT Technologies was incorporated in March 2024 to build and sell products. It continues the work of AMSAT Electronics Design Center, which opened in August 2004.
AMSAT EDC remains the design centre: electronics, firmware, and custom control. AMSAT Technologies takes designs that are ready for a market and manufactures them under the AMSAT name. The two sit together. A custom job still starts with AMSAT EDC. A catalog product ships from AMSAT Technologies.
The thread through twenty years is the same. Imagine a control problem that does not have a box yet, build the embedded system, and stay with it through commissioning. Pumping, water treatment, gas detection, and connected monitoring all came out of that practice.

AMSAT EDC starts operations
AMSAT Electronics Design Center begins operations, offering custom design in embedded systems and industrial control and automation.
First circuit and PCB design
AMSAT EDC completes its first circuit and PCB design, an FPGA-based system for the defence sector.
Condensate recovery automation
A condensate recovery system is designed and commissioned for a pharmaceutical company, with a steam-trap manufacturer.
Linear-run robotic welding controller
A custom controller for a linear-run robotic welding machine, with feed-speed and run-speed control.
Automotive diagnostics
A diagnostic tool for a two-wheeler manufacturer, built so field technicians can check electronic control units, sensors, and actuators.
Pumping industry work begins
Protocol translators for a European pump manufacturer, integrating pump controllers with the BMS at Hyderabad International Airport. Designed and developed in about a month.
Consulting partner for pumping automation
AMSAT EDC becomes a consulting partner to a European pump manufacturer for control and automation across the Indian sub-continent, including panel design, commissioning support, and technician training.
Launch of ~fluiDroid
First generation of ~fluiDroid hydro-pneumatic pumping controllers for commercial and residential buildings, with BMS and SCADA integration in mind.
Home automation work
Smart lighting and home automation products. The wireless and app work later fed industrial IoT products.
LUMA smart lighting
LUMA lighting controllers with app control for switching, colour, and music-reactive lighting.
Water ATM controllers
Water ATM controllers developed with an Indian industrial house: RFID and coin dispensing, location-based pricing, remote monitoring, and cloud logging.
RO plant controllers
RO plant controllers from 50 LPH to 10,000 LPH, with process control, remote monitoring, and fault diagnostics.

Second-generation hydro-pneumatic controller, with stronger BMS integration and RS-485 Modbus support for Danfoss and Schneider Electric VFDs.
XF series gas detectors
tVOC detectors for continuous and fugitive emission monitoring, with Wi-Fi connectivity and cloud logging.
GANIT
GANIT, General Automation and Network of Industrial Technology, launches as an on-premise data logging and analytics platform.
PANI effluent monitoring
PANI packaged continuous effluent monitoring systems for pH, TSS, and flow, with multi-port valve control and on-premise or cloud logging.
GSM/GPRS remote monitoring
Direct-to-cloud monitoring and control over GSM/GPRS, including XF gas sensors, valve control, and SMS alerts where connectivity is limited.

Fourth-generation hydro-pneumatic controller, taken from circuit design to launch in three months. TFT colour display, EzConf Wi-Fi setup, and 4–20 mA VFD control, including multi-VFD systems.
